For more than a decade, Stephanie Rocco has represented clients in a broad range of civil litigation matters involving construction law, product liability, general property and casualty and insurance coverage claims. Armed with experience and knowledge that includes handling cases with multimillion-dollar exposure, Stephanie works with other construction industry professionals—including contractors, project managers, owners, architects, designers and engineers—to provide them with solutions tailored to their unique business needs and goals.

In addition, Stephanie has defended investment firms and brokers in securities litigation and coverage disputes, as well as FINRA arbitration and administrative agency reviews.

Professional Background

Prior to joining Hinshaw, Stephanie practiced at firms in Chicago. Most recently, she further bolstered her civil litigation experience at the headquarters of a Chicago-based firm. Stephanie also worked in the Chicago and Stamford, Connecticut offices of a New York-based AmLaw 200 firm. She began her legal career at a firm in North Haven, Connecticut.

During law school, Stephanie interned for Fila USA, Inc., where she served as the Assistant to General Counsel. As part of her internship with Connecticut Legislature's Speaker of the House, Stephanie was the Assistant to Senior Counsel.
