We have a formal diversity initiative led by the firm’s Diversity Equity and Inclusion Committee and boast a 50 percent diverse top management team. Our recruiting and hiring programs reflect a results-oriented commitment to diversity at Hinshaw.
Each year Hinshaw awards scholarship(s) to diverse law students for their final year of law school. This year, we will award two scholarships in the amount of $10,000 each to 2L (rising 3L) diverse students graduating in Spring 2024 who have demonstrated academic excellence.
