Hayden Farmer represents financial institutions and mortgage servicers in complex consumer financial services and commercial litigation matters. He represents clients facing claims brought under the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), Truth in Lending Act (TILA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

Prior to joining Hinshaw, Hayden practiced law at a mid-sized regional firm.

While attending law school, Hayden served as an Alexander Fellow to the Honorable Vincent L. Briccetti of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.

In his spare time, Hayden enjoys golf, hiking, travel, and walks with his dog in Riverside Park. He was born in Canada and raised in Minnesota, where his family still resides.
