Dauttatreyo (Wrishi) Bandyopadhyay

Dauttatreyo (Wrishi) Bandyopadhyay manages litigation and business-related issues by formulating a customized litigation strategy that aligns with his clients’ unique business objectives in contract disputes, statutory claims, and intellectual property protection.

Prior to joining Hinshaw, Wrishi worked at a firm where he gained significant litigation and trial experience, including serving as second-chair for a medical malpractice lawsuit.

While a law student, Wrishi was a member of the Patent Clinic, where he assisted a startup company in drafting a biomedical device patent application.
