Benjamin Bauman represents businesses, individuals, health care organizations, and professionals in civil litigation matters and helps to navigate regulatory and legal compliance issues that can arise. He is involved in all phases of litigation.

Prior to joining Hinshaw, Benjamin clerked for the Honorable Justice Ann Walsh Bradley at the Wisconsin Supreme Court and for the Honorable Chief Judge Lisa S. Neubauer in the Wisconsin Court of Appeals, Second District. During law school, Benjamin was a staff editor of the Marquette Intellectual Property and Innovation Law Review. These experiences provided Benjamin with the skillset and knowledge to handle a variety of different legal issues and how to best adapt legal arguments to achieve desired outcomes.

Personal

While outside of the office, Benjamin enjoys spending time with his family and friends, playing tennis and soccer, and surfing when visiting coastal areas. When the opportunity arises, he also likes traveling to different countries to experience other cultures.
