Hinshaw Presents Senior Care, Home Service and Home Health Symposium
On September 14, 2017, Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP is pleased to present the 2017 Senior Care, Home Services and Home Health Symposium. The event will take place at the firm's Chicago office, between 10:30 am to 1:30 pm CDT. The symposium will provide attendees with educational sessions focused on laws and legal developments currently impacting the fields of senior care, home services and home health. Several Chicago-based Hinshaw partners are scheduled to present at the event.
Ken Yeadon's presentation "Medicare Billing Disclosure Obligations" will provide a simple introduction to the importance of the process of how Medicare and Medicaid mandatory disclosure obligations fit into the billing picture. By exploring trends in lawsuits brought against homecare providers by clients, David Alfini and Adam Guetzow will provide proactive strategies to mitigate risk in their presentation titled "Effective Strategies for Mitigating Risk and Client Driven Litigation for the Homecare Provider." In the symposium's final presentation, "Employment Law Update: Trends and Developments in 2017," by Aimee Delaney—Chair of the Labor and Employment Practice Group—will provide an employment law update and address developments relevant to the adult long-term care industry.
