Ryan R. Stanley

Ryan Stanley routinely represents secured creditors, such as banks, financial institutions, and loan servicers, in legal disputes related to consumer protection laws. He handles cases involving the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), and state consumer protection acts.
