Nicholas Ponzo represents financial institutions in consumer financial services and commercial litigation matters. He also handles employment law matters, representing clients accused of discrimination and harassment claims.
Nicholas has a wide range of experience in civil litigation. Prior to joining Hinshaw, he was a litigator at a boutique firm in New York.

During law school, Nicholas interned at the New York State Executive Chamber Counsel’s Office, the New York State Supreme Court, King’s County, the New York State Department of Financial Services, and the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York.

Nicholas is an avid sports fan who spends his free time training for marathons and golfing. He is also an amateur winemaker.
