Kyle B. Stefanczyk

Kyle Stefanczyk represents financial institutions in litigation, focusing primarily on consumer financial services matters. Armed with extensive litigation experience, Kyle partners with clients to ensure they are informed throughout the process and strives to provide them with strategic, cost-effective solutions.

In addition to handling virtually all manner of financial services disputes, Kyle has substantial experience in the areas of bodily injury liability insurance, PIP liability defense, and no-fault insurance.

Prior to joining Hinshaw, Kyle practiced at firms in both New York and New Jersey. Most recently, he was Of Counsel at a firm in Somerset, New Jersey, where he focused on commercial and appellate litigation.
