Eugene Brown Jr. Elected to Serve 3-Year Term on the ABOTA Foundation Board of Trustees
The law firm of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP is pleased to announce that partner Eugene Brown Jr. has been elected to serve on the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) Foundation Board of Trustees. The foundation’s Life Fellows elected Brown and fellow members to a three-year term beginning January 1, 2024.
ABOTA is a national association of experienced trial lawyers and judges dedicated to preserving and promoting the civil jury trial right provided by the Seventh Amendment. With over 7,300 members, ABOTA is equally balanced between plaintiff and defense lawyers and judges. Membership is by invitation only and requires a minimum of five years of active experience as a trial lawyer and ten completed civil jury trials. Learn more at abota.org.
Brown is also a Diplomate status Fellow of ABOTA, past San Francisco chapter president, and recipient of that chapter's prestigious "Don E. Bailey Civility and Professionalism Award."
