Russ Klingaman – a Milwaukee-based partner at Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP with a practice focused on aviation and business law – was quoted in a Law360 article titled "3 Things to Watch in the Next FAA Reauthorization Bill." The report addresses key issues that attorneys will need to keep tabs on as Congress works on the next Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) bill.

The article dealt with three main topics – labor considerations, consumer protection and drones. Klingaman discussed implications for potential new drone-related legislation. Though many experts are watching for action on privacy concerns, Klingaman is not holding his breath. "These are strange times politically," he said, "we're unregulating a lot of things, so adding another layer of regulation is [going to be] controversial."
