Harvey M. Sheldon, a Chicago-based partner in the Environmental Practice at Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, will speak on the topic "Understanding Riparian Rights and Access to Surface Water" at the Land and Water Law: Ownership and Access seminar hosted by HalfMoon Education, Inc. on June 29, 2016.
