Tom Flanigon practices civil litigation, professional liability defense, and general tort litigation, routinely representing architects, engineers, and other design professionals against professional negligence claims. He has extensive experience in various construction law matters, including design-defect-related actions, delay and disruption claims, and other claims of negligence, personal injury, and statutory violations.

In every defense, Tom provides a litigation strategy that aggressively defends each client to resolve claims and achieve optimal results. Tom has tried jury and bench trials to verdict and has obtained favorable results in a variety of alternative dispute resolution forums.

In addition to his experience in defending design professionals, Tom represents individuals and corporations in breach of contract, premises liability, and employment-related matters.
