Kyle Fonjemie partners with his clients to navigate a variety of business and commercial transactions using a multi-faceted approach to achieving their goals. He is seasoned in real estate and regulatory matters, handling country of origin applications with the United States Customs and Border Patrol, product recall with the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission, and organizational documents with various Secretaries of State.
He also has experience with mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, contract negotiations, and representing condominium associations.
While attending law school, Kyle traveled to various state prisons through the law school’s law-in-action program, the Frank J. Remington Center’s Legal Assistance to Incarcerated Persons. He focused on client interviews and determining if the client qualified for any post-conviction relief.
Prior to law school, Kyle was a financial specialist staying current on lending laws and regulations that affected business at a Wisconsin-based credit union.
