About Chloë
Chloë advises companies and individuals through the complexities of litigation and business and commercial transactions, offering tailored insights into legal and operational matters. In litigation matters, she advises clients on complex legal challenges, with an eye toward risk management.
Previously, Chloë focused on representing women- and minority-owned small businesses and executives, and handled high-asset family law litigation. While in law school, she served as editor of the DePaul Journal of Health Care Law and was member of the executive board of DePaul’s Child and Law Society.

- Achieved a bench-trial victory in connection with a shareholder dispute and breach of contract case in the Cook County Chancery Division. Secured a judgement for the client totaling approximately $1.2 million.
