Hinshaw's Maria Quintero Appointed President of the CLM San Francisco Bay Chapter

Hinshaw partner Maria Quintero has been appointed to serve as the president of the Claims Litigation Management (CLM) San Francisco Bay Chapter. Each CLM chapter helps further the association's mission by fostering the professional development of the claims and litigation management industries through programs and resources. Quintero has been an active part of CLM since joining in 2012, including membership in a number of CLM committees.

Quintero is a graduate of Santa Clara University School of Law (J.D.) and Pomona College (B.A.). She devotes her practice to assisting clients with all facets of insurance law and is licensed to practice in California, the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the U.S. District Court for the Districts of Central, Eastern, Northern, and Southern California. In addition to CLM, Quintero is involved in a number of associations, including the Bar Association of San Francisco, the National Association of Women Lawyers, the Defense Research Institute, and the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel. She is also a member of the Association of Defense Counsel, where she serves on the Board of Directors.
