Hinshaw Team Authors Practical Law Q&A Guide on Regulation of the Legal Profession

May 17, 2017

A group of Hinshaw LLP attorneys – Kendra Basner, Wendy Wen Yun Chang, Cassidy Chivers, Anthony Davis, Noah Fiedler and Janis Meyer – collaborated to author and update a Thomson Reuters Practical Law Q&A guide titled, "Regulation of the Legal Profession in the United States: Overview." In the preamble, the Q&A is described as providing a "high level overview of the key practical issues including required qualifications for both domestic and foreign legal professionals working in a jurisdiction; common legal professional structures; national regulators, legal professional insurance and client protection; confidentiality and legal professional privilege; legal fees and fee regulation; client money; and notaries."

The Q&A forms a part of the Practical Law global guide to the regulation of the legal profession.
