September 26, 2016

Robert W. Hogeboom, a Los Angeles-based partner and member of the Insurance Regulatory Law practice at Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, authored the article, "Torchmark Rulings Provide Framework for Successful Defense of California Insurance Trade Practices Actions," published by Claims Journal on September 26, 2016.

The article discusses the legal battle between the Torchmark Group and the California Department of Insurance (CDI), over the CDI’s action alleging 697 claims settlement violations where the CDI dismissed the action on August 29, 2016.
