Tom McGarry and Tom Sukowicz Author Article on Dealing with Impaired Lawyers in Chicago Lawyer Magazine

Thomas P. McGarry, a partner in Hinshaw's Chicago office and Thomas P. Sukowicz, a partner in Hinshaw's Ft. Lauderdale office, authored the article, "Dealing with an Impaired Lawyer in your Firm," in the October issue of Chicago Lawyer Magazine. The article discusses the Illinois Supreme Court Rules of Professional Conduct and any requirements to report an impaired lawyer. In addition, the authors identify rules most likely to be violated by an impaired lawyer.
