Sergio E. Acosta Cited in Inside Counsel and Daily Journal Articles on Recent Debate Surrounding FedEx Indictment

Sergio E. The articles discuss the current debate surrounding the indictment of FedEx; which is alleged to have distributed narcotics in violation of Federal criminal laws, including drugs sold by an online pharmacy recently shut down and convicted of illegally distributing narcotics without valid prescriptions. The debate revolves around whether or not FedEx should be held accountable for the deliveries and Mr. Acosta was interviewed for his insight on that question.
