Anthony Davis Authors Article in New York Law Journal on the Legal Services Act

New York, New YorkAnthony E. Davis, a Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP partner authored an article, "Lawyer Regulation: Walking Backward Into the Future" for the New York Law Journal. The article compares and contrasts the changes in the way that legal services are provided in England and Wales under the regulatory regime adopted there in 2007 with New York's traditionalist approach.
