Anthony Davis Authors Article in New York Law Journal on Corporate Attorney-Client Privilege

New York, NY Anthony E. Davis, a Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP partner authored an article, "Corporations and Their Affiliates - Who Owns the Privilege?" for the New York Law Journal. The article examines the question of who owns the privilege when a dispute arises between a parent and a former subsidiary? Mr. Davis references three cases that encompass some important lessons for both in-house and outside counsel representing entity clients.
