Anthony Davis Authors Article on Civility Over Zealousness

Anthony E. Davis, a Partner in the New York office of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, authored the article "Replacing Zealousness With Civility," which appeared in the September 4, 2012 edition of The New York Law Journal, an ALM publication. The article discusses the pragmatic reasons for preferring civility over zealousness from two perspectives.
