Mohamed Sweify to Present on Third-Party Arbitration Funding at New York University (NYU)

New York-based attorney Mohamed Sweify will participate in a "Third-Party Arbitration Funding" panel discussion on November 12, 2022. The rise of third-party funding in the US and abroad has changed the landscape of litigation and arbitration, with a profound impact on international arbitration. Among other issues, the panel will discuss the extent to which rules of legal ethics and professional responsibility apply to third-party funders of international arbitration.

The Center on Civil Justice at NYU School of Law is partnering with the Center for Transnational Litigation, Arbitration, and Commercial Law at NYU School of Law and the Center for International Commercial & Investment Arbitration at Columbia Law School. CLE will be offered to in-person attendees.
