David Schultz and Louis Manetti Jr. to Present at the 2022 Illinois Creditors Bar Association (ILCBA) Fall Seminar

On November 11, 2022, Hinshaw's David Schultz and Louis Manetti will review the status of the "Hunstein" cases and discuss the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals and some of its key consumer law decisions. The Illinois Creditors Bar Association (ILCBA) 2022 Fall Seminar will also focus on established statutory remedies and emerging issues.
