Scott Seaman to Address Allocation Developments and Challenges for Insurance Counsel in Strafford Webinar

Hinshaw's Scott Seaman—a Chicago-based partner and co-chair of the firm's global Insurance Services Practice Group—will serve as a panelist in a Strafford webinar titled "Advocating Allocation of Liability and Exhaustion of Policy Limits: Policyholder and Carrier Perspectives," on February 5, 2020.

The program will provide insurance counsel with insights on the latest developments in liability allocations and a review of horizontal and vertical insurance exhaustion of policy limits.
