Aimee Delaney, Adam Guetzow and David Alfini Present Webinar on Mitigating Risk and Litigation in Homecare

A trio of Hinshaw partners – Aimee Delaney, Adam Guetzow and David Alfini – will serve as faculty for the LeadingAge Illinois webinar " Mitigating Risk and Litigation-Tips on How Best to Avoid Litigation in the Homecare Setting," on March 21, 2018 at 10:30 am – 11:30 am Central. Administrators, business office managers, human resources staff and private duty supervisors will all benefit from this presentation.

Those in attendance will explore best practices for incident reporting in the homecare setting, understand proper training for on-site caregivers relative to authorized/licensed scopes of services and learn how to best handle employee documentation, including disciplinary reporting.
