Téhaura Henning brings nearly two decades of private and public sector litigation experience. She handles a wide range of complex matters, including commercial disputes, fraud investigations, financial institution regulation, federal and state consumer protection statutes such as the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), as well as employment issues, construction defects, class actions, and tort cases.

Before transitioning to the private sector, Téhaura served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office, where she led hundreds of criminal proceedings, from preliminary hearings through bench and jury trials, across seven divisions. Additionally, she also facilitated Project Dawn Court, a diversion program for victims of sexual exploitation and human trafficking.

During law school, Téhaura interned for the Honorable Edwin G. Torres in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. She also spent a summer as a law clerk at Shell Oil in Houston, focusing on energy trading and commercial product regulation.

Téhaura enjoys playing the piano, hiking, spinning, theatre, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. She is also an avid animal lover.
