Matthew Howroyd defends clients on government-related matters with a concentration on civil rights and constitutional litigation. A former Cook County Assistant State’s Attorney for nearly twenty years, Matthew has extensive litigation experience, and he draws on this experience to effectively assist his clients.

During his tenure with the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office, Matthew tried more than 15 jury trials and hundreds of bench trials and motions.
