April Toy represents her clients—which include businesses, insurance companies, and individuals—in a wide range of civil matters including personal injury and premises liability defense, construction defect litigation, insurance coverage disputes, and bad faith claims.
Prior to joining Hinshaw, April furthered her litigation experience with firms throughout Wisconsin. Most recently, she practiced at a Milwaukee-based firm where she represented clients in civil litigation.
