April Toy Co-Presents Legal Ethics Panel at Firm-Sponsored HNBA/VIA 2025 Annual Convention

Hinshaw is pleased to sponsor the Hispanic National Bar Association/VIA 2025 Annual Convention’s welcome reception on September 4, 2025, which will be hosted by partner Fernando Rivera-Maissonet along with the HNBA’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Business Law Sections.

Hinshaw partner April Toy will co-present a conference panel titled "Ethical Challenges in the Legal Profession: Maintaining Integrity in Complex Scenarios" at the convention on September 5, 2025. The session examines the ethical dilemmas that lawyers encounter, with a focus on confidentiality, conflicts of interest, and maintaining integrity under pressure. It is designed for legal professionals and students and offers insights into upholding fairness in dispute resolution and litigation.
