Hinshaw Recognized by the LCLD as a 2026 Compass Award Winner and Top Performer

The law firm of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP is pleased to announce that the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) has recognized the firm with its 2026 Compass Award and 2026 Top Performer Award. In announcing the awards, the LCLD noted that firms receiving both designations are among the most engaged in the organization’s network.

Compass Award

The Compass Award recognizes organizations that demonstrate meaningful engagement across the LCLD’s Fellow, Pathfinder, and Success in Law School Mentoring programs. Honorees are also recognized for the direct involvement of their firm’s managing partner or general counsel. Hinshaw previously received the Compass Award in 2024 and 2022.

Top Performer Award

The Top Performer Award recognizes LCLD member organizations that are among the most actively engaged in its programs and initiatives throughout the year. Hinshaw was previously recognized as a Top Performer in 2025, 2024, 2022, and 2021.
