April Toy Contributes to HACE's "LEGACY: Women of HACE & 40 Stories of Impact"

Hinshaw partner April Toy served as a contributing author for a book, published by The Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement (HACE) titled LEGACY: Women of HACE & 40 Stories of Impact. The book tells the personal stories of 40 alumnae from the Mujeres de HACE Women’s Leadership Program, which started in 2008. The alumnae discuss how HACE has impacted them and how they have shared that impact with the world.
HACE is a national non-profit dedicated to the employment, development, and advancement of current and aspiring Latino professionals in a wide variety of industries. HACE includes a network of over 85,000 members across the nation, providing them with professional development, resources, and networks. The organization works with both employers and professionals to support Latinos throughout their careers.
April currently serves as the Secretary of HACE’s National Leadership Council. She also serves as the Region IX President of the Hispanic National Bar Association which includes Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, and Wisconsin.
