The registration fee for the one-and-a-half-day conference is $1,400 and includes entry to all conference panel sessions on Wednesday, March 6, and Thursday, March 7, along with the following meal functions:

Welcome Reception at The Ritz-Carlton Chicago (6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.)

Wednesday, March 6

Breakfast, lunch, breaks, and offsite conference dinner

Thursday, March 7

Breakfast and morning break
Conference Adjourns at 12:15 p.m.

Registration Discounts

We offer registration discounts* for those who: 1) register early; 2) register multiple attendees from one organization; or 3) are a NEW member of the Association of Professional Responsibility Lawyers (APRL).

Early Bird Discount

REGISTER by Friday, January 26, 2024, and receive 10% or $140 off the $1,400 regular registration fee by entering the following discount code 2024LMRM-EBD when you register and pay online.

Multiple Registrant Discount

Is your organization sending more than one attendee to the conference? To receive 15% or $210 off the $1,400 regular registration fee for each registrant, contact events@hinshawlaw.com to request the Multiple Registrant discount code before you register online.

New APRL Member Discount

Conference attendees will receive a 15% discount or $210 off the $1,400 regular registration fee by becoming a NEW member of the Association of Professional Responsibility Lawyers (APRL). For information on becoming a new member, please visit the APRL website. After joining APRL, contact events@hinshawlaw.com to request the APRL discount code. 

*Any and all discounts require payment within ten (10) business days of the time of registration and before the cut-off date to receive the discount. Discounted offers cannot be combined with any other offer. Only one discount may apply per registrant.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received on or before Friday, January 26, 2024, will be refunded. Cancellations received after January 26, 2024, are non-refundable. Substitutions will be accepted at any time at no additional charge. To cancel your registration, contact events@hinshawlaw.com. 

Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP and the LMRM Conference are not responsible for any loss or damage due to a substitution, alteration, or cancellation/postponement of an event. Hinshaw and the LMRM Conference shall assume no liability whatsoever in the event this conference is canceled, rescheduled, or postponed due to a fortuitous event, act of God, unforeseen occurrence, or any other event that renders performance of this conference impracticable, illegal, or impossible. For purposes of this clause, a fortuitous event shall include, but not be limited to: war, fire, labor strike, epidemic, pandemic, government action or regulation, extreme weather, or other similar emergency. 

Please note that while speakers and topics were confirmed at the time of publishing, circumstances beyond the organizers’ control may necessitate substitutions, alterations, or cancellations of the speakers and/or topics. As such, Hinshaw and the LMRM Conference reserve the right to alter or modify the advertised speakers and/or topics, if necessary, without any liability to you whatsoever. Any substitutions or alterations will be updated on this web page as soon as possible.

List of Registrants 

LMRM Conference attendees may request a list of registrants in hardcopy form upon check-in at the LMRM Conference Registration Desk. The list will not be distributed prior to the LMRM Conference or in an electronic format.
