Jane Schlicht and Anthony Jacob to Speak at Seminar on Complex Commercial Contracts
Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP attorneys Jane C. Schlicht and Anthony J. Jacob will present at the State Bar of Wisconsin program, "Complex Commercial Contracts: The Legal Principles You Need to Know for Effective Drafting" on January 13, 2017. Ms. Schlict will moderate the seminar while Mr. Jacob will speak on asset purchase agreements.

Jane Schlicht focuses her practice in complex business and intellectual property litigation and contracts that are related to these areas. She has substantial experience in the litigation of disputes at both the state and federal levels throughout the country.
Anthony Jacob is engaged in general corporate practice, including various aspects of private merger, acquisition, divestiture and employee benefit matters. He also represents real estate developers with real estate acquisitions, divestitures and condominium conversions.
