Jean Joseph advises clients in all phases of litigation, with a focus on handling transportation, toxic torts, general liability matters, personal injury, product and premises liability, and commercial disputes. He is committed to delivering practical and efficient solutions to help his clients resolve their legal issues.
During law school, Jean participated in the American Bar Association's (ABA) Judicial Intern Opportunity Program and the ABA Judicial Clerkship Program. He externed for the Honorable District Judge Beth Labson Freeman of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, working on diverse civil matters. He also clerked for a boutique patent law firm, where he reviewed patent portfolios and drafted claim charts and executive summaries.
