Adam Rosengard is a seasoned litigator who handles complex tort and general liability litigation cases involving multiple parties in various jurisdictions in both state and federal court. He has also successfully argued numerous cases on appeal. In addition, he has built a practice of providing counsel to clients on a range of business-related affairs, including contract disputes, statutory claims, and business torts.

Adam’s career began with an externship at the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office, where he prosecuted hundreds of cases on behalf of the City of Philadelphia. Subsequently, Adam began working in civil litigation, where he has represented a variety of clients, both institutional and private, in various complex civil litigation matters.

  • Inglesino v. Sapphire Assisted Living, LLC, No. A-2288-22, 2024 N.J. Super. Unpub. LEXIS 293 (App. Div. Feb. 27, 2024): An appellate court has upheld a ruling that bars a New Jersey-based firm from pursuing claims for unpaid bills against a nursing home operator.
  • Arbor Green Condo Association v. Start 2 Finish Restoration & Building Service, No. A-2056-21, 2023 N.J. Super. Unpub. LEXIS 620 (App. Div. Apr. 24, 2023): An appellate court upheld a ruling that enforced mandatory binding arbitration.
