Andrew Gordon Discusses Proposed Florida Bill Focused on Addressing Frivolous COVID-19-Related Lawsuits Filed Against Health Care Providers
Hinshaw attorney Andrew Gordon was quoted in a The Daily Business Review article regarding SB 7014, a state senate bill focused on health care providers and designed "to alleviate the stress frivolous [COVID-19-related] lawsuits have imposed on the ability of the judiciary to decrease the case backlog."
