Anthony Davis Authors "Ethics Committees Respond to New and Old Challenges" in New York Law Journal

New York, New York — Anthony E. Davis, a Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP partner and member of the Lawyers for the Profession® group authored the article, "Ethics Committees Respond to New and Old Challenges," for the New York Law Journal. The article discusses the challenges of traditional ethics regulations and how they may (or may not) address cutting-edge technology issues especially in light of two recent bar ethics opinions, and a third opinion dealing with the ethics issues relating to non-refundable fixed fees.
