April 15, 2015

Kendra L. Basner, an associate in Hinshaw's San Francisco office and member of the Lawyers for the Profession® group, authored "Deciding Between Your Client and Your License: Which Are You Willing to Give Up?," in the current issue of DRI's The Voice.

The article identifies the applicable rules of professional conduct that define how an attorney should handle themselves if found in the same, or similar, situation. Finally, Ms. Basner provides some tips on how lawyers can protect themselves while still providing services to their clients.
