July 22, 2013

Anthony E. Davis, a New York-based Partner in the Lawyers Professional Responsibility/Risk Management group at Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, authored an article for the New York Law Journal. The article, titled "A Fresh Look at Advance Waivers," addresses the ongoing subject of advance conflicts waivers and the importance of the recent decision in of Galderma Laboratories v. Actavis Mid Atlantic, 2013 WL 655053 (N.D.Tex.).
