John DeLascio to Discuss Legal Trends and Disputes in Environmental Claims at 2019 SEIP Conference

Hinshaw's John DeLascio will present at the Society of Environmental Insurance Professionals' (SEIP) 4th Annual Environmental Insurance Forum, scheduled for October 7 – 9, 2019 in Boston. This year's event is focused on environmental risks as relates to insurance. Titled "Emerging Legal Trends And Allocation Disputes In Environmental Claims," DeLascio's program will include an update on case law and emerging theories associated with allocation.
