Hinshaw partner Annie Couyoumjian will serve as a panelist for a Chicago Bar Association (CBA) seminar titled "Establishing, Maximizing, and Attacking Damages in Personal Injury Actions," scheduled for March 14, 2019. Hosted by the CBA's Tort Litigation Committee, the seminar will discuss all facets of damages specific to personal injury actions, including discovery, emerging issues relating to social media, and potential damages at trial.
