"Labor & Employment Year in Review" and "Advice on Tap"

The seminar will once again begin with our perennially popular "Year in Review" session, which provides guidance on  new and changing laws,  along with recent decisions that impact large and small employers. The seminar will conclude with an open mic session where attendees will have the opportunity to pose questions to Hinshaw attorneys while enjoying beer, wine or soft drinks. Programming Highlights

This year's seminar includes a dynamic panel discussion on crisis management and how to respond to HR disasters in our present digital age when today's employee tweets become tomorrow's headlines. The seminar will also include several breakout sessions and discussions focused on employee benefits, unions and organized labor, workplace freedom of speech and managing employee separation.

Continuing Education

Attorneys and human resources professionals may be able to earn up to 5.75 hours of continuing education credit for CLE, HRCI, and SHRM. Applications pending.
