Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP partner, Scott M. Seaman, will provide an insurer perspective on environmental coverage issues for NRD, CERCLA, RCRA, OPA, and climate change claims for a Strafford Publications webinar to be held on September 10, 2015 from 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm EDT. 

This CLE webinar will provide counsel with a review of new and emerging trends in environmental claims, potential coverage under various commercial policies, the parameters of key policy exclusions, and the scope of covered damages.
