Amy L. DuMond Kottke

Amy is a self-proclaimed "dirt" lawyer whose practice covers all aspects of real estate. She works with borrowers, owners, and lenders on business and commercial transactions, including acquisitions and sales, raw land development, commercial property redevelopment, zoning and land use, and financing nationwide. She advises management agents and lenders on financing and loan products such as Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD-insured loans, state and federal subsidized loans, and tax credits.

Amy also counsels clients on complex financing matters involving commercial portfolios. Her experience spans development projects in single- and multi-family housing, senior housing, industrial sites, commercial retail developments, raw land, and reuse and renovation projects.

Amy serves on Hinshaw’s Executive Committee.
