Hinshaw Publishes Updated Real Estate Deal Book

Today, the law firm of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP announced the publication of its updated Real Estate Deal Book, which highlights some of the major commercial real estate deals closed by the firm’s commercial transactions practice in 2023.
The transaction portfolio included in the Real Estate Deal Book exceeds $6 billion in valuation, and the underlying real estate assets include anything from Class A offices and hotels to multi-family and mixed-use commercial to industrial property and conservation reserve land. The Real Estate Deal Book features the $225 million sale of the RBC Gateway Office Tower, which was recently named the "Most Significant Investment Sale Transaction in 2023" by the Minnesota Real Estate Journal in its 2024 Real Estate Awards.
