Ross H. Manella

Ross has more than 40 years of experience representing domestic and international clients in commercial and residential real estate and mortgage transactions. He represents clients in negotiation and forming corporate entities, limited partnerships, and LLCs.

In his extensive real estate practice, Ross represents developers and commercial investors in sales and acquisitions of land, shopping centers, multi-family apartment complexes, motels, and hotels. He advises lenders on transaction financing, secured transactions, workouts and foreclosures. Ross routinely represents foreign investors and property owners on cross-border transactions and tax planning, including succession planning for high-net-worth families.

In his corporate practice, Ross has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and the sale and acquisition of businesses. He provides ongoing, practical advice to corporate clients on all aspects of their business.
