Ross Manella Profiled in Daily Business Review Article on His Real Estate Practice

Ross H. Manella, a Ft. Lauderdale-based partner and member of the Real Estate & Lending practice at Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, was profiled in the article, "Manella Runs Real Estate Practice With Bilingual Bonus," published by the Daily Business Review on October 6, 2016.
The article examines Mr. Manella and his upbringing that led him to be drawn to real estate practice in law. "I always enjoyed the real estate aspect. I majored in economics at McGill, and I really enjoyed business and real estate. My family was involved in a lot of real estate matters, and I just found it a fascinating area of the law," he said. The article also discusses how growing up in a French-speaking community provided Mr. Manella with a bilingual advantage that provided him a large client base from Canada, France and Switzerland.
Ross Manella has more than 30 years of experience representing domestic and international clients in the areas of commercial and residential real estate. His real estate practice includes the representation of developers and commercial investors in land acquisitions and sales, and shopping center acquisitions and sales, as well as sales and acquisitions of multi-family apartment complexes, motels and hotels.
