About Tony
Anthony (Tony) has built an impressive reputation as a trusted advisor to business owners, entrepreneurs, bankers, financial advisors, trustees, professional service providers, and elected officials. He represents clients in both US and international business ventures across diverse industries, including commercial transactions, banking and financial services, architecture and engineering, ESOPs, manufacturing, technology and data privacy, real estate, and campaign finance and elections.
Clients value Tony’s sophisticated understanding of their legal and business challenges, which is reflected in deeply rooted relationships that span many transactions and ventures.
Tony’s experience encompasses the full range of strategic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, secured and unsecured lending, syndicated commercial transactions, private banking, equity and debt financings, reorganizations, restructurings, recapitalizations, and joint ventures.
Tony chairs Hinshaw's Commercial Transactions Practice Group and serves on the firm's Executive Committee.
Tony has helped many entrepreneurs with their start-up businesses, advising them on day-to-day legal needs. He has also guided several of those business owners through the successful sale of their companies—taking them from early-stage ventures to mature businesses sold for millions of dollars.
